Gina Melso is a co-founder of Sandbox Collaborative Strategies and serves as Chief Creative Officer. She brings extensive experience in communications, storytelling, visual content development, and community-focused media.
At SCS, Gina leads creative direction and visual storytelling across client projects. Her work includes brand identity design, campaign concept development, editorial content creation, and the design of communication materials across both print and digital platforms. She specializes in translating complex organizational messages into clear, engaging, and accessible communications for diverse audiences.
Gina’s background includes a B.A. in Journalism from Rowan University, multimedia storytelling, and nonprofit communications. She has extensive experience producing photography, social media content, and editorial features that support public engagement and community awareness initiatives. This experience allows her to approach design and content creation with a strong understanding of audience connection and narrative clarity.
As Chief Creative Officer, Gina oversees visual brand development, design production, and creative execution for SCS projects. She collaborates closely with clients to ensure design deliverables align with brand standards, communication goals, and accessibility best practices.
When Gina is not sparking magic for small businesses and non-profits, you will find her traveling wherever the wind will take her, hanging out with her dog Albert, or on a snowboard, paddle board, or surfboard.
